First published in 1988 as a young poet, Raven Jennifer Demers began
the journey toward a career in writing. Dedicated to the written word
and storytelling, she went on to submit poems and short stories to publishers
across the years. Many pieces have been featured in literary
magazines and compilation books. Not satisfied with her smaller
achievements, she published
My Name Was Indigo
in January 2002. While she continues to work on her
writing, she also spends time as a freelance editor, sharing her knowledge
of writing structure, spelling, and grammar with others.
